ORDERING:
Please email or telephone us regarding your requirements. We are happy to answer any and all questions that you may have about our pipes. Please contact us for information on lead times/waiting periods as they may change depending upon workload. We request that a 15% deposit be made at time of ordering. Prices are in British Pound Sterling GBP. Please make payments to "Kenneth McNicholl" by either personal cheque, money or postal order, cashier's check/bank draft, or cash. Paypal also accepted if you prefer.
TERMS OF SALE:
After notification from me that work is complete and bagpipes are ready for delivery, full payment of the balance due (the balance after the initial deposit made at time of ordering) is to be paid by the customer. Shipping and Insurance will be added to the final balance due.
International orders will be shipped either by airmail or surface mail. The customer may choose either method. Surface mail is cheaper; however, it will take about 30 days or more for delivery depending on the location.
